Emergency Kit for Civil War

In the nuclear age, fighting for power amongst the different nations of the world has led to wars. All the powerful nations are ready with their nuclear power; they just need some reason to show it off. Nations are lusting for the title of 'most powerful nation' in the world.

World over people are fearing third world war due to the nuclear power. Even one spark will cause nations to start using this. If for a moment also if we stop thinking about this, we still have civil wars hanging on our heads. The risk of civil wars is faced by many countries all over the world. For our own safety from the mass destructions that they cause, some precautions have been taken and we should be prepared for this.


Africa is the major sufferer from civil wars. War has caused millions of people homeless and living in camps. Children suffer the most in such situations, as they cannot look after themselves. Not only civilians suffer human abuse, even the military people of the country have to take the brunt.

In Sudan and Ethiopia, more than millions of people are suffering. 

This is the ugly face of civil war and people should be prepared for this outcome. Families should have some emergency plan of their own to avoid pain of sufferings, separation or even death in the camps.
•    Everybody should take the course in survival, which includes self-defence lessons, learning to fire a gun is one of them.
•    Emergency kit should always be kept ready which includes medical kits for not only ordinary sickness but also for unusual sickness like asthma, diabetes or a heart disease. This readiness may save your life.
•    People living in civil war prone areas should pack emergencies kit like canned food, knife, maps, sturdy shoes, soap etc.
•    In case of evacuation, carry only very basic things as there are chances that you may have to travel a lot to avoid the violence and being lightweight traveller will help.

This should be kept in mind that preparing for any crisis is not inviting the crisis. For emergency kits, you may have to spend money but then it increases the rate of survival during the civil war.
